In these pictures you can see this already beautiful home lent itself to giving the family the additional space required.
The footings were excavated and concrete was mass poured to form a solid foundation for the new Conservatory the pictures show brickwork to damp level and the over site area damp proofed and fully insulated.Further pictures show the cavity brickwork being built, wall ties built for additional strength the walls were fully insulated for thermal efficiency internally the walls were built using block work to be plastered. The customer wanted to feel they were almost sitting in the garden so we designed the right elevation with maximum glass area this incorporated the use of a four pane patio door. When the brickwork had been left to bond the Conservatory install team returned to site,to start erecting the frames, the frames shown are white PVC fully reinforced and made to British Standards of Assured Quality. Internally beaded with security locking and Glazed with A rated high insulating toughened safety glass units, the roof installed is global gable fronted to give maximum height and the feel of space internally, glazed to the roof are active blue self cleaning insulating UV protecting safety glass units designed to keep the Conservatory cooler in the summer and warmer in those colder months, making this new addition to their home a usable room all year round.Pictures also show a code four lead flashing to weather roof to house wall.
