I must firstly say a massive thank you to our customers for once again choosing MC Glass to carry out this installation to date eight projects for Windows to Conservatory’s have been carried out on various properties by these customers a confidence in our work and service and recommendations given is much appreciated, over the years these customers have become friends f MC Glass.
With an eye for detail and imagination to utilize what was just a dead space between the house and the garage, the customer asked if anything was possible to join these areas together to achieve an area that could be used on a daily basis.After a lot of deliberation and head scratching the design was agreed and put into CAD drawings for future reference.The design incorporated two doors to gain access to the front and rear of the property to maximise natural light the rear elevation configured mainly of windows and doors to the front proportionally brickwork.To achieve the design required and with door restrictions a reverse lean to including box gutter was installed.
The floor level was raised to avoid a large step being required and taking up precious space this involved the moving of some drainage. To complete the project and to unify the areas we plastered to give the feel of a permanent room.
